About the Opportunity

We are looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a leading telecom project in Porto. This role offers the chance to grow within a fast-paced, multicultural environment while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Please note: Applications are only open to candidates living within 30 km of Porto. No relocation support is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support across various communication channels
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Communicate clearly and professionally in French
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Accurately document all customer interactions

Requirements

• Fluent French (mandatory)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Availability to work rotational shifts, including Saturdays
• Residence within 30 km of Porto

Legal Requirements:

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card
• Valid NIF and NISS
