ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service professionals to join a leading global BPO company in Braga. This is a remote opportunity for candidates who are fluent in Danish and English, offering a stable schedule with weekends off and an attractive compensation package.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
— Provide exceptional customer service support to Danish-speaking clients
— Communicate effectively in Danish and English to resolve customer inquiries
— Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently
— Work remotely while maintaining high service standards
— Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
— Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
— Strong communication and problem-solving skills
— Ability to work independently in a remote environment
— Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
— Valid documentation as per requirements below
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
— EU ID, OR
— Residence card, OR
— Manifestação de Interesse, OR
— Valid Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Scheduled + NIF, OR
— Expired Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Already Attended + NIF
— NISS is preferable to have, however support can be provided
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
— Competitive base salary paid over 14 months
— Complexity bonus
— Attendance bonus: 80€ per 11 months
— Meal allowance: 7.63€ per day
— Position bonus for Braga: 20€ per 12 months (paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year)
— Health insurance from day 1 (monthly contribution required; free after 6 months)
— Days off: Saturday and Sunday
— Relocation support available for candidates relocating from abroad (German and Nordic remote positions)
— Support available for candidates already living across mainland Portugal
