Customer Support Specialist – French Speaker | Porto (Car Rental Industry)

What you'll be doing

You'll be joining the customer support team of an established car rental company, handling contacts from French-speaking customers across phone, chat, or email — helping them with reservations, booking modifications, billing queries, vehicle information, and everything in between.

Car rental is a fast-moving, people-driven industry. Customers reach out at all stages of their journey — before they pick up the keys, during their rental, and after they return the car. Your job is to make that experience smooth, clear, and reassuring, regardless of what comes up.

You'll be working in French throughout your day, in an environment that values straightforward communication and practical problem-solving over scripted responses. The work is varied, the pace is steady, and the schedule — frankly — is one of the best you'll find in multilingual customer support in Portugal.

No nights. No rotating shifts. No working Saturdays wondering what everyone else is doing.

Schedule

Monday to Friday |Rotational shifts between 8:00 – 19:00 Saturday and Sunday: fully off

This is a fixed schedule. You'll know exactly when you work and when you don't — and your weekends belong to you.
