Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer requests, representing a premium automotive brand
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless service experience
- Respond to inquiries regarding products and services, providing accurate and professional guidance
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Address concerns with professionalism, empathy, and ownership
- Ensure every interaction turns into a positive customer experience
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Passion for cars and the automotive industry is a strong advantage
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or customer care preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and sense of responsibility
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
