About the Role

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global support team working with a premium home appliances brand.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and service coordination. You will support customers via phone and email, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a smooth experience with their appliances.

Work Model

This is a remote role within Greece, offering flexibility while being part of an international team based in Thessaloniki.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via inbound phone and email
  • Assist with troubleshooting and product-related inquiries
  • Guide customers through installation and usage questions
  • Help identify and order the correct spare parts
  • Schedule technician visits when on-site support is required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

  • Danish: Bilingual or C1 level
  • English: B2 level (for training and internal communication)
  • Good computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems
  • Basic technical or mechanical understanding is an advantage
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
