About the Role
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global support team working with a premium home appliances brand.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and service coordination. You will support customers via phone and email, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a smooth experience with their appliances.
Work Model
This is a remote role within Greece, offering flexibility while being part of an international team based in Thessaloniki.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via inbound phone and email
- Assist with troubleshooting and product-related inquiries
- Guide customers through installation and usage questions
- Help identify and order the correct spare parts
- Schedule technician visits when on-site support is required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
- Danish: Bilingual or C1 level
- English: B2 level (for training and internal communication)
- Good computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems
- Basic technical or mechanical understanding is an advantage
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
