Key Responsibilities
- Assist users with technical inquiries and troubleshooting related to search engine tools and platforms.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance through chat, email, and phone channels.
- Identify, document, and escalate complex technical challenges to specialized support teams.
- Deliver an empathetic and high-quality customer experience to maintain top satisfaction levels.
- Stay up to date with continuous platform improvements, policy updates, and new tools.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional support.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and highly receptive to constructive feedback and coaching.
- Flexibility: Open to working rotational daytime schedules, including weekends (no night shifts required).

- Base Salary paid over 14 months
- Meal Allowance: €150 per month.
- Performance Bonus: Up to €135 per month (paid over 12 months).
