Key Responsibilities

  • Assist users with technical inquiries and troubleshooting related to search engine tools and platforms.
  • Provide clear, step-by-step guidance through chat, email, and phone channels.
  • Identify, document, and escalate complex technical challenges to specialized support teams.
  • Deliver an empathetic and high-quality customer experience to maintain top satisfaction levels.
  • Stay up to date with continuous platform improvements, policy updates, and new tools.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional support.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and highly receptive to constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Flexibility: Open to working rotational daytime schedules, including weekends (no night shifts required).

What We Offer

  • Base Salary paid over 14 months
  • Meal Allowance: €150 per month.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to €135 per month (paid over 12 months).
  • Attendance Bonus: €120 per month (paid over 11 months).
