Porto, Portugal | On-Site | German + English | Monday to Sunday: 06:00 – 21:00 (Rotative Shifts) | Start Date: 7/May/26 | 2 rotative days off

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service professionals to join a dynamic team in Porto. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

— Provide high-quality customer service through various communication channels

— Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

— Maintain professional communication in German and English

— Work in rotative shifts to ensure customer support coverage

— Contribute to team goals and customer satisfaction targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

— German language proficiency at C1 level

— English language proficiency at C1 level

— Strong communication and problem-solving skills

— Flexibility to work rotative shifts including weekends

— Valid documentation for working in Portugal

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

— Competitive base salary

— Performance bonus: 200€ per 12 months

— Meal allowance: 7.63€ per day

— Welcome bonus paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year of employment

— Shared accommodation available for up to 12 months (details discussed during interview)

— Valid Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Scheduled + NIF, OR

— Expired Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Already Attended + NIF

— NISS is preferable to have, however support can be provided
