Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)

Work Model: On-Site

Language Required: Czech + English

Schedule: Monday to Sunday | 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 rotative | 2 rotative days off | Future possibility of 24/7 (TBC by client)

Start Date: 30 April 2026

Contract: Permanent after 3-month trial

Salary: Base × 14 months | Meal allowance 7.63€/day

Bonus / Extra: €45 complexity bonus × 11 months | Welcome bonus paid in 12 monthly instalments

Relocation: Shared accommodation for relocators from outside Portugal (up to 12 months). No flight ticket. Relocation inside Portugal not available.

About the Role

Join the Czech-speaking customer support team for one of the world's largest e-commerce and digital platforms, based in Lisbon. You will handle customer queries related to orders, accounts, and platform services — combining e-commerce knowledge with strong customer service skills. 2 openings with a 30 April start.

What You Will Do

  • Handle Czech-language customer queries via chat, email, and phone for a global e-commerce platform
  • Resolve order, account, payment, and product queries with accuracy and empathy
  • Follow platform guidelines and escalation protocols
  • Meet daily quality and productivity KPIs
  • Manage increased contact volumes during peak and promotional seasons
  • • Document all interactions accurately

What We Are Looking For

  • • Czech 
  • • Good English skills
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online shopping
  • • Customer service experience preferred
  • Empathetic communication style and rational decision-making
  • EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or valid/expired Work Visa Type D with AIMA appointment + NIF
  • NISS preferred (support available if not yet obtained)
