Malaga or Valencia, Spain | On-Site | Dutch + English | 39h/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 | ASAP | Permanent contract
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are recruiting a Sales Development Representative to join our client's team in Spain. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with Dutch and English language skills to develop IT sales expertise in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
— Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation
— Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored IT solutions
— Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
— Manage sales pipeline and track activities using CRM systems
— Collaborate with account management and technical teams to ensure client success
— Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
— Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
— Bilingual or proficient in Dutch plus fluent in English
— 1-2 years' experience in IT sales with proven track record of success and/or sales account management or customer management experience
— Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills
— Results-driven mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team
— Preferred: Experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions
— Preferred: Microsoft Fundamentals certification on MS Azure, Modern Workplace and/or BizApps
