ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives – Telecom Products (French) to join our client’s team in Porto. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment.

Note: Only local candidates (within 30 km of Porto). No relocation package offered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Provide high-quality customer support through multiple channels
— Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
— Communicate with customers in French
— Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
— Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

REQUIREMENTS:

— Fluency in French (mandatory)
— Strong communication and problem-solving skills
— Customer-oriented with attention to detail
— Availability for rotational shifts, including Saturdays
— Must live within 30 km of Porto

Legal requirements:
— EU Citizenship OR Portuguese Residence Card
— Valid NIF and NISS

WHAT WE OFFER:

— Base salary x14 months
— Guaranteed bonus for 3 months: €100 gross or more based on performance
— Meal allowance: €9.60/day (net, meal card)
— Transport reimbursement up to €40/month
— Welcome bonus: €150 gross paid in the 4th month
— Permanent contract
