ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is an exciting opportunity for Slovenian speakers who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will be working on-site with 2 rotative days off per week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

— Provide exceptional customer support to clients in Slovenian and English

— Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

— Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

— Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

— Fluent level of Slovenian

— B2 level of English

— Relocators will be reviewed as well

— Must hold one of the following valid documentation: EU citizenship, residency card (valid for more than one year), or refugee card

— Work permit and blue card are not accepted

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
