About the Opportunity

We are currently looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a growing team in Braga. This is a great chance to build your career in a fast-paced, international environment while supporting customers in both French and English.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support across multiple communication channels
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Communicate clearly with customers in both French and English
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Accurately document all interactions in internal systems

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
  • Availability to work rotational shifts within 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM (including occasional Saturdays)
  • Valid work eligibility:
    • EU ID or Residence Card, or
    • Manifestação de Interesse, or
    • Valid Work Visa (Type D) with AIMA appointment scheduled, or
    • Expired Work Visa (Type D) with completed AIMA appointment
  • NIF required
  • NISS is a plus (support can be provided if needed)
