Customer Support & Technical Advisor – German-speaking (On-site Athens)

Athens (Piraeus), Greece
Monday–Friday | Rotating shifts 09:00–21:00 (occasional weekends)
Up to 20% performance bonus
Transportation allowance: up to €100/month
About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support & Technical Advisor to join an international team supporting a premium global brand in home appliances.
In this role, you will provide both customer care and technical support, helping customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and service coordination. You’ll work with modern tools, including remote diagnostics and video support, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support via phone and email for customer and technical inquiries
- Troubleshoot appliance issues and guide customers through solutions
- Assist with installation, setup, and product usage
- Use remote tools (video calls, diagnostics) to identify technical issues
- Schedule technician visits when on-site support is required
- Support customers with spare parts identification and orders
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient service
Requirements
- German: C1 level or higher
- English: B2 level or higher
- Good PC skills and ability to work with multiple systems
- Basic technical or mechanical understanding
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Minimum 6 months contact center experience (required for remote assistance roles)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
