ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are recruiting a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. This role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

— Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms

— Apply platform policies and community guidelines consistently and fairly

— Make rational, well-informed decisions on content escalations

— Handle peaks in queue volumes during promotion seasons

— Provide support and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy

— Work collaboratively with team members across rotative shifts

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

— Fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal)

— Strong moderation skills and rational decision-making abilities

— Local market expertise and cultural awareness

— Strong understanding of e-commerce

— Excellent customer service skills and empathy

— Ability to cope with high-volume workloads during peak periods

— Emotional resilience and ability to handle sensitive content

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
