LOCATION: Malta | On-Site LANGUAGE REQUIRED: German + English SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday, rotative 8-hour shifts between 08:00–19:00 START DATE: 8 May 2026
ABOUT THE ROLE: Join a local airline support team in Malta, assisting German-speaking customers with travel-related enquiries and bookings across a 7-day operation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: — Handle customer contacts in German via phone, email, and chat — Assist with flight information, bookings, and travel queries — Provide clear and professional support in line with quality standards — Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: — Fluent German speaker — Good English skills — Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills — EU ID / Residence Card / Work Permit Visa
