Key Responsibilities

• Review & Moderate: Monitor user-generated content (videos, text, and images) to ensure compliance with community guidelines, safety policies, and legal frameworks.
• Identify Trends: Detect and escalate emerging trends, patterns, or systemic risks within online content to internal safety teams.
• Maintain Quality: Deliver high-quality, consistent decisions regarding content moderation with strong objectivity and attention to detail.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional global teams to constantly improve platform safety and optimize user experience.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Italian, paired with strong professional communication skills in English (B2 level minimum).
• Resilience & Focus: Ability to handle high-volume workflows and maintain emotional resilience when reviewing sensitive digital content.
• Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of Italian culture, local nuances, slang, and digital trends to make accurate moderation choices.
• Adaptability: Fully comfortable working a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, including night shifts and weekends.
