Monday to Friday
07:30 – 17:00
Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)
No night shifts
What you will do
- Support customers with online bookings
- Handle changes, cancellations, and information requests
- Ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
- Resolve queries via phone, email, and chat
- Work with booking systems and digital platforms
What we are looking for
- Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
- Communicative English (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Based in Portugal or willing to work remotely from Portugal
