We are hiring Dutch-speaking professionals to join a Customer Service team specializing in Online Booking.

Remote based in Portugal

Schedule

Monday to Friday
07:30 – 17:00
Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)
No night shifts

What you will do

  • Support customers with online bookings
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and information requests
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience
  • Resolve queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Work with booking systems and digital platforms

What we are looking for

  • Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
  • Communicative English (preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Based in Portugal or willing to work remotely from Portugal
