About the Role

As a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will assist users with bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Work Model

  • On-site training (9 weeks in Athens)
  • After training: remote work may be possible based on performance and readiness

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Support with reservations, cancellations, and booking changes
  • Assist with payment-related questions and issues
  • Provide clear and professional communication in Croatian and English
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Croatian: Fluency or C1 level
  • English: B2 level
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • EU citizenship or valid residence card with full work rights
