ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service professionals to join our client's dynamic team in Porto. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer support in a multilingual environment while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle of Portugal's second-largest city.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

— Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via multiple communication channels

— Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency

— Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

— Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality

— Work flexible rotative shifts including occasional night shifts to support 24/7 operations

— Contribute to a positive team environment and customer-focused culture

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

— Fluency in Dutch and English (C1 level)

— Strong communication and interpersonal skills

— Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

— Flexibility to work rotative shifts including occasional night shifts
