Lisbon, Portugal | On-Site | German + English | Monday to Sunday - 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00 (rotative shifts). At a later date, TBC by the client: 24/7 - Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts) | Start Date: 30/Apr/26 | 2 Rotative days off

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are recruiting German-speaking Customer Service professionals to join a leading e-commerce company in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels. You will be part of a dynamic team supporting customers with their e-commerce needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

— Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking customers

— Handle customer inquiries via multiple communication channels

— Demonstrate strong knowledge of e-commerce products and services

— Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels

— Manage contact volumes effectively, especially during peak promotion seasons

— Apply empathy and rational decision-making to resolve customer issues

— Stay updated and passionate about leading e-commerce solutions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

— Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

— Strong understanding of e-commerce

— Excellent customer service skills

— Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities

— Empathetic approach with rational decision-making capabilities

— Ability to cope with peaks in contact volumes during promotion seasons

— Knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce products and services

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

— Attendance Bonus: 60€ per 11 months

— Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per day

— Welcome Bonus: 1500€ - paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

— Relocation support: Shared accommodation (up to 12 months) for candidates relocating from outside of Portugal (details discussed during interview). Relocation inside Portugal only for tier 1 (German, Nordics and Dutch)
