ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a German-speaking Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional technical support to customers while working in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

— Deliver technical customer service support in German and English

— Assist customers with technical inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

— Work in a rotational schedule to ensure continuous customer support

— Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards

— Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and respond positively to feedback

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

— Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

— Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others

— Comfortable with a dynamic work environment and open to feedback

— Valid documentation: EU ID, Residence card, Manifestação de Interesse, Valid Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Scheduled + NIF, or Expired Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Already Attended + NIF

— NISS is preferable to have

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

— Competitive base salary paid over 14 months

— Performance Bonus: 120€ per 11 months

— Attendance Bonus: 135€ per 12 months

— Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per day

— Welcome Bonus paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

— Health Insurance: Since day 1 (monthly contribution required). Free after 6 months of contract

— Relocation support: Shared accommodation (up to 12 months) for candidates relocating from outside of Portugal (details discussed during interview). Relocation inside Portugal available.
