In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the platform and our European user base, helping clients navigate consumer credit services, account setups, and financial inquiries. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle inbound requests from French-speaking clients regarding credit applications, account balances, payment schedules, and platform features.
• Query Resolution: Guide users step-by-step through the consumer credit process, resolving complex inquiries with high accuracy and professionalism.
• Data Verification: Ensure client records, application details, and sensitive financial inquiries are documented securely and precisely within the internal system.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to financial data privacy regulations and internal quality standards during every interaction.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: mastery of French with excellent pronunciation and clear spoken clarity.
• English Proficiency: Not required for this position.
• Communication Skills: Professional, confident, and empathetic phone presence, with the ability to explain financial terms simply.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of integrity when handling financial data.
• Availability: Fully comfortable working rotational schedules across a 6-day window (including Saturdays), with Sunday and a second day off guaranteed.
• Work Setup: Ready to work 100% on-site at our modern operations hub in Braga.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: paid over 14 months.
• Performance Bonus: €155 per month, paid over 12 months.
