Monday to Friday: 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM
Days off: Saturday & Sunday

About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team supporting directory platform services. This is a great opportunity to work in a structured, weekday schedule while contributing to a professional and international environment.

 Important: Candidates must already be based in Portugal, specifically in or near Braga or Aveiro. Applications requiring relocation will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in German
  • Assist users with platform navigation, account inquiries, and issue resolution
  • Ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document interactions in internal systems
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve more complex cases
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and processes

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C1–C2, written and spoken)
  • Good command of English for internal communication
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-first approach
  • Must currently reside in Portugal (Braga or Aveiro area)
