About the Role

Join a global leader in digital solutions, as a Spanish-speaking Customer Sales Account Manager (CSAM). You will work directly with clients, building relationships and driving business growth through outbound and inbound client interactions.

This role is perfect for candidates with B2 English and 1+ year of client sales experience (cold calling, B2B/B2C sales via phone, email, or digital channels).

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Conduct client calls to present Adobe solutions and drive adoption
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client experience

Requirements

  • Spanish: Fluent
  • English: B2 level
  • Minimum 1 year of client-facing sales experience (calls, outreach, B2B/B2C)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM and digital tools for sales management
