Location: Remote (Based in Portugal)

Position Type: Full-time

Schedule: Rotational shifts Monday to Saturday. No night shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries with clarity, confidence, and professionalism via remote support channels.
  • Diagnose, track, and resolve technical issues, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and thorough follow-up.
  • Handle escalated or high-pressure customer scenarios with patience, resilience, and care.
  • Identify opportunities to turn technical frustration into customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader sales and technical teams to improve the overall user experience.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A quick thinker who can troubleshoot technical issues and find customer-first solutions.
  • Communication & Empathy: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm, patient, and resilient under pressure.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating modern software, tracking systems, and digital tools.
  • Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred. Experience or an interest in Sales is a distinct plus, though not mandatory.
  • Work Setup: Must be securely based in Portugal with a reliable home internet connection.

  • Base Salary paid over 14 months.
  • Meal Allowance: €150 per month.
  • Performance/Department Bonus: €225 per month (paid over 12 months).
