Key Responsibilities

• Assist & Guide: Respond to inbound inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers regarding reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general platform navigation.
• Resolve Inquiries: Provide swift, empathetic, and accurate solutions to booking discrepancies or customer complaints, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Maintain Quality: Log client interactions accurately in the CRM platform and follow up on complex cases until a resolution is reached.
• Collaborate: Coordinate with internal teams and external travel partners to verify bookings and secure the best outcomes for our users.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: fluency in Dutch, alongside a strong professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a warm, patient, and professional customer-first approach.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable multitasking across multiple digital tools, chat systems, and booking databases.
• Organization: Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail when handling travel schedules and customer data.
• Work Setup: Fully equipped to work 100% remotely from Portugal with a quiet home workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

• Base Salary: paid over 14 months.
