What you will do
- Provide technical customer support in German and English
- Assist customers with product, service, and sales-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues and find fast, effective solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by turning challenges into positive experiences
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases
- Deliver clear, confident communication across all channels
What we are looking for
- Fluent German (mandatory) + good English skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Resilient under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Clear and confident communicator
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
