What you will do

  • Provide technical customer support in German and English
  • Assist customers with product, service, and sales-related inquiries
  • Troubleshoot issues and find fast, effective solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by turning challenges into positive experiences
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases
  • Deliver clear, confident communication across all channels

What we are looking for

  • Fluent German (mandatory) + good English skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused attitude
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Resilient under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
  • Previous Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required
