Step into a role with one of the world's leading digital marketplaces. Based in the heart of Lisbon, you will be the voice of the brand for the Polish market, delivering top-tier support for order management, account security, and platform navigation. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team on April 30th.What You'll Be Doing
- Multichannel Support: Resolve Polish-speaking customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Problem Solving: Tackle issues regarding payments, shipping, and product queries with empathy and precision.
- KPI Driven: Maintain high standards for quality and efficiency, especially during high-traffic promotional seasons.
- Data Integrity: Meticulously document all customer interactions in internal CRM systems.
Who You Are
- Linguistic Skills: Proficient in Polish with a solid grasp of English.
- Tech Savvy: A strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and online shopping trends.
- Legal Readiness: Must hold an EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or a valid/expired Type D Work Visa with an AIMA appointment (plus NIF).
- Soft Skills: A calm, rational decision-maker who can communicate with empathy.
The Package
- Earnings: Base salary (14 months) + €7.63 daily meal allowance.
- Extras: €45 monthly complexity bonus (11 months) + a monthly-instalment Welcome Bonus.
- Security: Permanent contract following a 3-month probationary period.
- Health: Medical insurance from day one (free of charge after 6 months).
- Relocation Support: 12 months of shared accommodation provided for those moving to Portugal from abroad (flight not included).
Logistics
- Location: Fully on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Schedule: 40h/week, Monday–Sunday (Rotative shifts: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00)
