About the Role

We are looking for a Czech-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global technology support team. In this role, you will assist customers with technical and account-related inquiries, providing guidance and solutions for a range of devices and services.

You will be the first point of contact, handling inbound requests and helping users resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Work Model

This is a fully remote role within Greece, offering flexibility to work from anywhere in the country while being part of a structured and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer and technical support via inbound calls
  • Assist with account-related issues (password resets, access, subscriptions)
  • Troubleshoot device and software-related problems
  • Guide users through system updates and basic technical processes
  • Handle inquiries related to third-party applications
  • Use internal tools to resolve issues efficiently and accurately

Requirements

  • Czech: Fluent (Slovak is a plus)
  • English: B2 level (for training and internal communication)
  • Previous experience in technical customer support is preferred
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office and general troubleshooting)
  • Typing speed: minimum 20 WPM
  • Familiarity with MacOS and iOS is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
