Monday–Friday | Rotating shifts between 08:00–23:00 (occasional weekends)
Up to 15% performance bonus

About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic international team.

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers and partners, mainly handling after-sales inquiriesacross phone, chat, and email. You’ll support customers with order issues, payments, deliveries, and more—often resolving complex or escalated cases.

Work Model

Fully remote within Greece, with relocation support provided to help you settle in Thessaloniki.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support via phone, chat, and email
  • Handle after-sales inquiries (orders, invoices, complaints)
  • Resolve delivery issues, lost items, and payment concerns
  • Manage warranty claims and partner-related queries
  • Handle escalated cases with professionalism
  • Use multiple tools and systems to investigate and resolve issues

Requirements

  • Dutch: C1 level or higher
  • English: B2 level or higher
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
