About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative with strong skills in lead generation, qualification, and business development. In this role, you will identify and engage potential clients, build a robust sales pipeline, and support the growth of our business in the tech and digital advertising space.

This position is fully remote, giving you flexibility while collaborating with a dynamic international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to identify potential leads
• Qualify and prioritize sales opportunities for the account executives
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline growth
• Continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge of market trends

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (B2 minimum)
• Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience, preferably in tech or digital advertising
• Solid understanding of business development and lead qualification methodologies
• EU citizenship, refugee card, or valid Bulgarian residency card (valid for more than 1 year)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
