Customer Contact Specialist – Dutch & English (CAK Support) Sofia | Hybrid

Mon–Fri, 09:30–18:00 | Hybrid option after 2nd month (based on performance)
Base Salary + 100 EUR performance bonus + €800 Welcome Bonus

About the Role

We are looking for fluent Dutch speakers  with B2-level English to join our Customer Services team in Sofia.

As a Customer Contact Specialist, you will provide phone support for CAK in the Netherlands, answering daily inquiries related to the Social Support Act and Long-Term Care Act. Your work will primarily involve assisting callers with questions about outstanding balances, direct debits, administration, and changes to these schemes.

Training will be provided for 1–2 weeks depending on the group size and progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide clear guidance on CAK regulations and procedures
  • Assist customers with account management and updates
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex cases according to internal procedures

Requirements

  • Dutch (no Flemish accents)
  • English proficiency at B2 level
  • Valid residency card (EU citizens or refugee card) – blue card or work permit not accepted
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Sofia
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
