Lisbon, Portugal | On-Site | German + English | Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts) | Start Date: 16/Apr/26 | CDD 6 months

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are recruiting German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Lisbon, working with a leading insurance company. This is an excellent opportunity for multilingual professionals to build their career in customer support within a dynamic and international environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

— Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat

— Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently

— Support clients with insurance-related questions and processes

— Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

— Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high service standards

— Follow company procedures and quality guidelines

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

— Fluent in German (written and spoken)

— Fluent in English (written and spoken)

— Strong communication and interpersonal skills

— Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities

— Ability to work rotational shifts including bank holidays

— Valid documentation for working in Portugal

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:

— Competitive base salary paid over 14 months

— Performance Bonus: 100€ per month (11 months)

— Attendance Bonus: 100€ per month (11 months)

— Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per day

— Welcome Bonus paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED:

— EU ID, or

— Residence card, or

— Manifestação de Interesse, or

— Valid Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Scheduled + NIF, or

— Expired Work Visa (Type D) + AIMA Appointment Already Attended + NIF

— NISS is preferable; support can be provided
