ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Development Support professional to join our client's team in Oeiras. In this role, you will provide reactive phone, email and chat support services with emphasis on troubleshooting and efficient issue resolution to small and medium businesses clients. Flemish speakers can be considered for all projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

— Provide reactive phone, email and chat support to small and medium businesses clients

— Focus on troubleshooting and efficient issue resolution

— Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch and English

— Handle multiple communication channels professionally
