Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Recovery: Proactively engage with inactive and former HelloFresh subscribers via direct channels (primarily outbound voice, supported by email and chat) to win back their business.
- Consultative Pitching: Listen actively to uncover why a customer paused their subscription, handle objections smoothly, and present tailored, value-driven solutions that fit their current lifestyle.
- Account Optimization: Support active and returning users through subscription management, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform to secure long-term loyalty.
- Pipeline Management: Use industry-leading software (Genesys) to efficiently manage your daily customer outreach and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Language Mastery: Full professional fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken) to confidently handle premium European portfolios.
- Competitive, Sales-Driven Mindset: A proactive, resilient, and target-oriented attitude. Experience in sales, outbound telemarketing, collections, or high-performance retail is a major advantage—but a hunger to succeed is what matters most.
