German Speaking Contact Centre Agent in Malta | Monday to Friday

LOCATION: Malta (On-site)
LANGUAGES REQUIRED: German (C2) and English (C1)
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, rotating 8-hour shifts between 09:00 and 18:30
START DATE: 20 April 2026

About the Role

Become part of a German-speaking customer support team for a well-known international airline. In this position, you will act as the main contact for customers, providing assistance with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer interactions in German across various channels (phone, email, chat, and social media)
  • Support customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general travel enquiries
  • Resolve issues promptly while maintaining high service quality standards
  • Follow company procedures and escalation processes when necessary

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent German (C2 level)
  • Advanced English (C1 level)
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • EU documentation required
