Customer Service Agent – Dutch-speaking (On-site Athens) Bonus System

About the Role
We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to join an international team supporting SquareTrade, a global leader in device protection.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through their claims journey and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. You’ll play a key role in transforming customer support into a trust-building and solution-driven service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Support customers with claims processing and case resolution
- Escalate complex cases when needed
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies
- Maintain accurate documentation across systems
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience
Requirements
- Dutch: Fluent
- English: Good working level
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems
- Typing speed: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Good PC skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
