About the Role

We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to join an international team supporting SquareTrade, a global leader in device protection.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through their claims journey and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. You’ll play a key role in transforming customer support into a trust-building and solution-driven service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Support customers with claims processing and case resolution
  • Escalate complex cases when needed
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation across systems
  • Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience

Requirements

  • Dutch: Fluent 
  • English: Good working level
  • Strong communication and empathy skills
  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems
  • Typing speed: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
  • Good PC skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
