What you'll be doing

You'll be joining a specialised Customer Service team dedicated to payment solutions — one of the most in-demand areas in global customer support right now.

Your day-to-day will involve handling inbound contacts from French-speaking customers across phone, chat, and email, helping them with everything from transaction queries and account access to payment troubleshooting and process guidance. You'll be the person who turns a frustrating moment into a resolved one — and that matters.

This isn't a generic call centre role. You'll be working with structured processes, clear escalation paths, and a team that takes quality seriously. The clients you'll support expect professionalism, clarity, and speed — and you'll be equipped to deliver all three.

You'll operate in both French and English throughout your shift, so strong communication in both languages isn't just a bonus — it's the foundation of the role.

Over time, you'll develop a solid understanding of payment ecosystems, customer behaviour, and service excellence standards that are genuinely transferable across industries and markets.

What you'll need

Fluent French C1 English — assessed via Harver English assessment At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role A genuine customer-first mindset — patience, clarity, and the ability to stay composed under pressure Availability for rotative shifts, including nights and weekends Based in or willing to relocate to Lisbon

What you'll take home

Base salary + €165/month meal allowance  Attendance bonus: €65 per month Health insurance from day 1 

Lisbon — fully on-site 6-month CDD contract | Start date: 4 June 2026
