Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)

Language Required: German + English
Schedule: Monday to Sunday | 24/7 rotative shifts | 2 rotative days off
Start Date: 30 April 2026
Contract: CDD 6 months
Salary: Base × 14 months | Meal allowance 7.63€/day
Bonus / Extra: €60 complexity bonus × 11 months
Relocation: Shared accommodation for relocators from outside Portugal (up to 12 months).
About the Role
Join the German-speaking Customer Support team for one of the world's largest e-commerce platforms. You will review user-generated content against platform community guidelines. This role requires emotional resilience — exposure to sensitive content is part of the daily workflow. Wellbeing support is provided.
What You Will Do
- Review German-language user-generated content against community guidelines
- Make consistent, policy-based decisions on content approval, restriction, or removal
- Identify and escalate high-severity content following defined protocols
- Maintain accuracy and consistency under time pressure
- • Participate in calibration sessions
- Flag policy gaps or edge cases
What We Are Looking For

- • Good English skills
- Emotional resilience — ability to process distressing content professionally
- Strong decision-making and written communication skills
- Understanding of online culture and digital communities
- • EU ID, valid Portuguese residence permit, or equivalent
