 Job Description:

LOCATION: Malta | On-Site LANGUAGE REQUIRED: German (C2) + English (C1) SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, rotative 8-hour shifts between 09:00–18:30 START DATE: 1 April 2026

ABOUT THE ROLE: Join the German-speaking support team for a leading international airline. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: — Handle inbound customer contacts in German across multiple channels — Assist with flight bookings, reservations, and general airline enquiries — Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards — Follow established procedures and escalation protocols

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: — German at C2 level  — English at C1 level — Strong communication and customer service skills — EU documentation required
