About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Advisor to join our international team in Berlin.

In this role, you will support Dutch business clients with digital advertising solutions, helping them improve and manage their online marketing performance.

This is a stable full-time position in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong earning potential.

Your responsibilities

• Advise Dutch-speaking business clients on digital marketing campaigns
• Support clients in improving their advertising performance
• Manage client communication via phone and email
• Analyse campaign results and provide recommendations
• Meet individual and team performance targets

Training & onboarding

• 4 weeks fully paid training (Monday–Friday)
• Structured coaching and daily support
• Certification in digital marketing (Meta Blueprint)
• No absences allowed during training period

Requirements

• Dutch (C1 level) + English (B2 level)
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Currently based in Berlin
• Eligible to work in Germany (EU citizenship or valid work permit)

Working schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday only
• Fixed daytime schedule
