About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Solution Specialist to join our Cloud Solutions team. In this hybrid role, you will work both from our office and remotely, delivering technical product insights, demonstrating solutions, and ensuring successful adoption of Microsoft cloud products.

You will act as the key technical contact for potential customers, provide one-on-one and group trainings, and continuously expand your expertise on cloud capabilities, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new customer wins through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Provide technical overviews and insights aligned with customer needs and usage scenarios
• Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations
• Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers via Teams
• Act as the main technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team
• Conduct training sessions for colleagues and customers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in cloud solutions, Microsoft products, and competitors

Qualifications

Required:

• Proficient in Dutch and fluent in English
• Bachelor's degree
• 3–6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience
• Minimum Microsoft Fundamentals certification (L200 preferred)
• Knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud/hybrid solutions
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in technical sales or pre-sales environment
• Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning
• Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solutions
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Technical background in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
• Master's degree (major or minor in computer science, mathematics, or engineering)
