About the Role

Join a global leader in digital solutions, as a German-speaking Inbound Sales Agent. You will engage with clients who reach out via phone or digital channels, providing expert guidance and driving product adoption. This role is ideal for candidates with B2 English and 1+ year of client-facing sales experience (calling clients).

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound client inquiries and provide professional, solution-oriented support
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Adobe solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience

Requirements

  • German: C2
  • English: B2 level minimum
  • At least 1 year of client sales experience (phone-based B2B/B2C sales)
  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented
  • Comfortable using CRM and digital sales tools
