Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for French and English-speaking accounts regarding payment solutions, transactions, and account management.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve payment processing issues and account discrepancies with high accuracy.
- Provide premium, professional support to ensure a seamless and secure experience for all account users.
- Collaborate closely with internal risk, compliance, and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex financial inquiries.
- Maintain strict adherence to financial security protocols and data protection standards.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in French and a solid C1 level in English
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in Customer Service, ideally within fintech, banking, e-commerce, or a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Focus: A proven track record of a strong, patient, and solutions-oriented approach to client management.
- Adaptability: Comfort working in a 24/7 environment with rotational schedules, including night shifts.
