Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of the brand—providing professional, friendly, and efficient support to customers across multiple channels. Your goal: resolve queries quickly while ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat (in German)
- Assist with product details, order tracking, and issue resolution
- Accurately log all interactions in internal systems
- Deliver timely, high-quality service with a customer-first mindset
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Thrive in a fast-moving, service-driven environment
What You Bring
- Fluency in German (C1–C2, written and spoken)
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred)
- Retail experience is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends
