In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for international travelers, helping them navigate their rental journeys smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Handle inbound inquiries from French-speaking customers regarding vehicle reservations, rental agreements, extensions, and account queries.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve unexpected travel challenges or billing discrepancies calmly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Liaison: Coordinate with global rental hubs and internal fleet management teams to ensure seamless vehicle availability and top-tier service delivery.
• Data Management: Accurately log client interactions, rental modifications, and feedback within the company's internal CRM database.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in French (written and spoken), combined with a good working knowledge of English.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic, helpful, and solution-oriented approach to customer care.
• Organization: Strong multi-tasking abilities and high attention to detail when managing booking logistics and rental terms.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new internal databases, reservation software, and standard digital tools.
