Relocation: Shared accommodation for relocators from outside Portugal (up to 12 months). No flight ticket. Relocation inside Portugal not available.

About the Role

Join the Greek-speaking content moderation team for one of the world's largest e-commerce and digital platforms in Lisbon. You will review user-generated content and marketplace listings against platform guidelines. Emotional resilience is essential. 3 openings with a 30 April start.

What You Will Do

• Review Greek-language user-generated content and marketplace listings against platform guidelines
• Make consistent, policy-based decisions on content approval, restriction, or removal
• Identify and escalate high-severity content following defined protocols
• Maintain accuracy and decision consistency under time pressure
• Manage increased queue volumes during peak and promotional seasons
• • Participate in calibration sessions

What We Are Looking For

• Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketplace dynamics
• Emotional resilience — ability to process sensitive content professionally
• Strong decision-making and written communication skills
• Comfortable with 24/7 rotative shifts including nights
• EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or valid/expired Work Visa Type D with AIMA appointment + NIF
• NISS preferred (support available if not yet obtained)
