ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our client's team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication in Dutch and English.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

— Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Dutch and English

— Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

— Maintain high-quality service standards and follow company procedures

— Document customer interactions and update records in the system

— Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

— Work rotative shifts to provide continuous customer support

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

— Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

— Strong communication and interpersonal skills

— Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

— Ability to work rotative shifts including weekends

— Candidates who have never worked for the client before (please do not apply if you have previously worked for ByteDance, regardless of LOB, BPO, or country)

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
