About the Role

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our online retail client team in Umhlanga. In this role, you will provide professional support to customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German 
  • Assist customers with product information, order updates, and problem resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in support systems
  • Provide professional, timely, and friendly customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment

Requirements

  • German proficiency: C1–C2 (written and spoken)
  • English proficiency for internal communication
  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification required
  • Customer service or call centre experience is an advantage; retail experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends if required
