Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and back-office platforms
  • Support customers with inquiries such as shipment tracking, delivery updates, billing issues, and claims handling
  • Assist users with internal tools and account setup processes
  • Handle customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive and solution-oriented experience
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases according to internal guidelines
  • Take part in continuous training sessions to improve performance and knowledge

What We're Looking For

  • Brazilian Portuguese Fluency
  • B2 level English (minimum requirement)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with good accuracy
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset
  • Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
